Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
UEA Friends of MSF are part of a network of student supporter groups around the UK and Ireland who campaign, fundraise and raise awareness of MSF. We aim to do so through:
· Talks by MSF doctors, nurses and logisticians
· Documentary/film nights on the issues that MSF tackle
· Fundraising events, to help MSF continue to improve and save lives worldwide
We encourage all students with an interest in humanitarianism to join us.
